Gerardo Jose Garduno is a licensed Civil Engineer in the State of California and Nevada. He is also a Qualified SWPPP Developer and Practitioner (QSD/QSP), as well as a National Certified Stormwater Inspector (CSI). A Navy Veteran with over 25 years of Civil Engineering and Construction Experience in land development, public works and public facilities construction. In his free time he is also a volunteer for the Big Brothers and Big Sisters organization.
